Arnel Victor C. Valeña

Arnel Victor C. Valeña started the Firm in 2016 and has successfully steered it through the Covid-19 pandemic. His practice includes Commercial, Civil, and Criminal Litigation, Administrative Law, Family Law, and Labor Law. He has handled cases and concerns in Competition Law, Telecommunications, Environment, Mining, and Elections.

Atty. Valeña is a Trustee of the Philippine Bar Association and also its Corporate Secretary. He is a Commissioner of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline. He is President of the Tagapagtanggol ng Watawat, Inc., a public interest group established to support and uphold the constitution of the Republic of the Philippines and the ideals for which the Philippine flag stands for. He taught at the Philippine Law School and was a supervising lawyer at the University of the Philippines College of Law Office of Legal Aid.

Before Arnel set up his own law office, he gained invaluable experience in the law firm of Rondain and Mendiola and Quasha Law Firm, and in UCPB and BDO.

Arnel graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. Prior to that, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science also from U.P. Diliman.
